My name is Torrence Borletto-McCray. I competed as a collegiate track and field athlete, and when I started coaching middle and high school athletes privately, I thought the hard part was over. It wasn't.

I was texting parents for payment, keeping client notes in my phone, and losing track of who owed me money. I looked like a great coach but ran my business like it was held together with duct tape. I tried to find a platform built for coaches like me — and nothing fit.
